MOSES' PRAYER.
(ODB)
Psalm 90
1 Lord, through all the generations
you have been our home!
11 Who can comprehend the power of your anger?
Your wrath is as awesome as the fear you deserve.
12 Teach us to realize the brevity of life,
so that we may grow in wisdom.
Moses' prayer consisted mostly of telling God and remind Him of who He is. Then Moses' told God what was in His heart. When we pray, let's make it a point to remember and meditate, think and tell God who He really is, what He has done, and the things He can do. With that, it gives us great assurance that Our God is truly great. He is able to fathom anything beyond what we can imagine. Think about God's greatness today.
Sometimes I do forget this. I will remember and think about what God can do, has done, and will do in my life and everyone/thing around me. I know this will give me, not only assurance, but peace in my heart just declaring who He is.
Lord, You have been wonderful to me.
You know my heart and my mind.
You forgive me of my sins and cleanse me from my filthy thoughts.
You are the giver of good life, perfect gifts.
You restore my soul.
You give me peace when i need it.
You direct my steps and my lips on what to say that will build other people up.
You are my constant reason for living.
You have provided for my needs.
You have been so good to me.
Lord, You are great.
I want to live for You!
In Jesus' name, amen.
