HIS DWELLING IS IN THE RIGHTEOUS
(Wk 5 Day 4)

Psalm 14:5b
...for God is present in the company of the righteous.

We know that God dwells on those who are righteous. Therefore, our encouragement is to remain righteousness. Away from evil and keeping a life that's pleasing before God. If we want God's presence to be in us, in every relationships, in our ministry, in our workplace, in our families, we ought to stay righteous. When there's a hint of dirty-ness and unrighteousness in any of these, we know that God's presence departs because He hates sin and does not tolerate it. Let's stay pure and righteous before God in everything.

I will stay righteous in everything by watching my words, my thoughts (first of all), and my actions. I want God's presence to dwell in me, thus, I will make a place for Him to dwell in me. Unless I make room for God (by being righteous), then He will never be with me.

Lord, I want to be with YOU esp in my relationships, my ministries, my family and every other aspect in my life. I pray that You will empower me and give me the "filter" to know whether or not I am remaining in righteousness. I know that there are times I give in to my flesh, and I ask that You forgive me. Please help me to keep my mind on the right track always that I may not depart from Your presence. Thank you Lord, in Jesus' name amen.
