Matthew 6:30-33
And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?
31 “So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ 32 These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. 33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
Worry has a lot to do with how much faith we have - that God has everything figured out for us. He has all these things planned out for us before we were even born - our present and our future. How do we live a worry-free life? Boost up your faith. How? Romans 10:17 and Matthew 6:33. Unbelievers are plagued with worries. Why? No faith. However, as Christians, we have first-hand advantage. All we need to do is have faith. Cliche-ish? Nah, just do it!
Yes, I have had worry plague my mind with some aspects of my life. Why? I didn't trust God enough - or at all. I tried to do things on my own and with my own strength. I need to boost up my faith by constantly hearing God's Word and understanding it so I can apply it apply it. Pounding it in my head so I'll get it and really act upon God's Word. I have nothing to worry about because God's got it all figured out.
"Never mind, child. Trust Me."

Thank you Jesus that I can fully trust in You. Forgive me for worrying and for allowing that to overtake my mind at times. Help me to fully get rid of it. I pray that you clear my mind from anything that will distract me from only hearing Your Word. I want to live a worry-free life. Speak to me clearly and help me to be understanding. In Jesus' name, amen.
