PEACE.

Ephesians 4:3
"Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace."

Where peace is absent, the Spirit is divided. How do we build a strong united body? Make every effort to live in peace. Even if we don't want to at times, we ought to. If we desire to keep the body of Christ united, peace must be present. Every effort means, everything we can possibly do to remain peaceful. Swallow the pride, forgive, don't mind those who hurt you, etc. When we're at peace, we are united.

:: I believe that when we are united, we can accomplish more tasks for God's glory. I want to be a catalyst to that uniting power that the church of God can do at FCF. To be at peace with everyone, we ought to be at peace in ourselves first. What is holding us back to be at peace with everyone in the body? It starts with us. Settle that between you and God and He will then ignite that spark to be an instrument to live at peace with everyone!

I want to keep the body of Christ united. Even if there are times when I can't seem to settle with another person, I must remember to do everything that I can to stay at peace. I will not argue or have conversations that will ignite some disagreements, but rather always thinking of peace as my motivator to keep the body of Christ united. I believe that when we are united, we can accomplish more task. I want to be a catalyst to that uniting power that the church of God can do at FCF.

Lord, thank you for reminding me how important it is to remain at peace with everyone. Help me to always be considerate and to not be thinking about my own agenda, but rather to think about how I can please you as I serve You faithfully. Guide my thoughts and my mind that I will always be at peace in You so that peace will bleed out through my words and especially my actions.
