HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!
Ephesians 3:20
20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.
Our God is truly a great God! He is able to do ANYTHING beyond what we even understand or imagine. How can we forget this all the time? When we are troubled, we know that there is our GOD who is more than able to understand us and sympathize with us. When are happy, God is there to rejoice with us. When we think that we are unable to do things (esp the "seemingly impossible" things), we know that God is able to accomplish that IN US more than we might ask or think. Isn't that great comfort? Great assurance that the God we serve, love and know is GREAT?
*sigh* I don't have any excuse to not do great things for God; to not be good at where I am placed - at work, at home, ministries, friendships, and other relationships. God has already empowered me because He is IN me. The God who is immeasurably great lives in me, thus, I am able to do anything - even the "seemingly impossible!" I can do it.
Lord, thank you for the assurance of your power. It's so awesome and refreshing to remember that YOU ARE ALWAYS GREAT! I praise You and I will live my life totally and wholly for YOU! Please remove from me anything - any desires or carnal nature attributes - that would distract my passion and desire to live for You. Thank you. All these I lift up in Your Son's name, Jesus, AMEN!
