What heart do u have?

Proverbs 15:14
The discerning heart seeks knowledge , but the mouth of the fool feeds on folly.

What is in your heart? Many times, the book of Proverbs has a lot of wisdom-filled verses that tells us what we are and what we have in our heart. This verse explains to us what constitutes a discerning heart. It is something that seeks knowledge. We able to tell those people who desire to have a discerning heart of what is good and evil. Those who always feeds folishness in their lives, obviously does not desire a righteous living or a life that is guided by the truth. What is in your heart? Is knowledge something you desire daily? What do you feed your heart with? Folly or righteousness? This is something we need to continually ask ourself to see if we are in the truth or not. If we are going towards the opposite side and desire to have a rightful path, let us then consider what we feed our hearts. Do we seek godly knowledge or do we just dont care about what we feed our hearts? What is in the heart is what comes out of our mouths, thus, it is important that we are careful in what we feed our hearts.

As for myself, I will only feed my heart with godly knowledge. With this truth, I am able to discern those who are desiring to live in the right path and those who do not. I desire to have a discerning heart, a heart that discerns right from wrong. With this, i will not waste my time in feeding my heart with folly, but rather, i will only seek knowledge in every aspect of my life.

God, pls lead me to the things that are righteous and things that will fill my heart with godliness. I only want righteousness to come out of my mouth . I desire that every word that will come out of my mouth is righteousness and life to those who hear it, not folly. NOt even a hint. Please give me wisdom and courage and boldness to be able to do this that you may use me in your kingdom even more effectively. Guide my thoughts Oh God. You are the one I serve with all my heart. Amen
