It's personal.

Our experience with Jesus Christ is generally personal. Some of the times, people have the same or similar experiences as to how they came about in their relationship with Christ. For the most part, though they may have similarities, they are entirely different. Praise God because God works in us individually according to our needs. Yes, we may be able to also work with others similarly to how we were ministered to, but it is not all the time that they will respond the way we responded to a certain style of "ministering". Thus, everything that we do for the glory of God when ministering to others depends on the power of God. He is able to minister to everyone individually and uniquely as how he wants to speak to them. Our salvation experience is personal. We can share our testimonies, but remember that in ministering to others, we cannot force our "method". We just do what we ought to do which is to share however that may be, and God will do the rest of the work. Praise God because we do not need to be worried about how we can make our salvation message delivery suit everyone's style. But rather, let us just do the work and God will just do it individually.
I will just do my job. Not worrying about how I can get to everyone's style of learning or conviction but rather, I will just do my best to explain and share to them about the love of God. They may work differently, i dont need to worry about that. I will just leave it all up to God. Everyone has a different style, I have my own and God works with my style perfectly as he does for other people as well. I will just speak the truth and let God do the rest of the teaching in their hearts.
God, thank you for teaching me this and reminding me that it is not through my own power that I am able to change or convict people for what I am teaching. It is your work that is being done in their lives. Please use me to the best of my ability that you will change people's hearts with what you want me to do. Help me to always please you in every way I do, not thinking about how I can be effective to others, but rather how YOU can be effective to others through me. You are my God and I will serve you with all my heart. Please continue to work in my life as I seek you every single day of my life. In Jesus' name, amen.
