May it be to me as you have said.

Luke 1:38;45
38 "I am the Lord's servant," Mary answered. "May it be to me as you have said." Then the angel left her.
45 Blessed is she who has believed that what the Lord has said to her will be accomplished.

It was through Mary's complete submission to God that she was able to bear all the "embarassment" of her pregnancy. If we were to compare that nowadays, it would've been a big thing that someone will get pregnant out of nowhere when there was no physical connection happened. But when the Lord told Mary that she was going to have a child, she replied "May it be to me as you have said." She was probably scared or terrified not really knowing what to do, but she trusted that God has the plan altogether. She believed that it will accomplished. What has God called us to do? Are there times when we feel embarassed or thought that it would be impossible for something to be accomplished? There is no difference between us now and Mary before in believing what God can do. He is able to accomplish what He has entrusted us to do. We just need to trust that He's got it altogether for us. May we be able to say "May it be to me as you have said." That is a sign of complete trust and submission to the Lord God.

I will trust that whatever God has entrusted me right now, is going to be accomplished. I will do everything God is telling me to do - believing that whatever God has told me and promised me will be accomplished. I will walk everyday knowing that everything will be accomplished in GOd's time. I will just do what I ought to do now... not wasting any moment.

God, I believe that you are going to accomplish things in my life. Forgive for sometimes not able to trust and believe that they will still happen. Help me to see things through your eyes, not my own. I commit everything that I do to you. Thank you for reminding me how much you care for me. I love u Jesus. Amen
