Romans 8:14-17
14because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 15For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba, Father." 16The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. 17Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.
:: Because we are God's children, we know that He will hear us - just as a father or a mother listens to their child when he/she calls out to them.

Master and Servant
My task as a servant of God:
- carry out His commands, do His will for my life, share the Gospel, submissive to elders and to others, carry out my ministries, be a good testimony, etc..
Today's Practical App:
- I can come boldly to GOD because I am His child.
- I don't have to feel intimidated when I ask God for something because I know that He will hear me.
- I am an heir of God's eternal riches; He will provide me with what's best for me.
- I must remember to carry out my duties as His servant today; even as a child, I have my responsibilities and duties that I have to do. I must be faithful in them.
- DELIGHT: a high degree of pleasure or enjoyment; joy; rapture (Proverbs 37:4).
- I must take pleasure and enjoy in the Lord... go with what God has planned, that is good and enjoyable, because He will then give the desires of my heart.
- Enjoy my time with God; not stressing out on things and just relaxing in Him because He's got it all figured out.
:: Lord, thank you for reminding me always what it means to really delight in You. Help me to make the most of what you have given me because I want to see your will come to pass in my life. Let my will be conformed to Yours because I know Your will is the best. I pray that you will take away anything that will hinder in my enjoyment of Your will, presence. In Jesus' name, amen.
