MYSTERY WILL OF GOD.
Ephesians 1:9-10
9And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment—to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ.
In NIV Bible, this passage is labeled "Spiritual Blessings in Christ". Indeed, because we are in Christ, we have received and are entitled to receive all the blessings that He gives. One is to make known to us the mystery of his will. No one ever knows what the Lord wills. However, in Christ, it has been made known to us. Why and for what reason? To bring all things in heaven and on earth together. Praise God we can take part in what happens in heaven and on earth by being a Christian. For us knowing the will of God, we can know how we can be effective in our participation in bringing all these things together. Can God do it all by Himself? Absolutely. Yet, we have been given the opportunity to jump in the blessings so we can partake in His glory. Hallelujah!
How am I doing in my participation of making God's mysterious will known? I ought to be faithful in knowing and seeking His will - in my life, the situations around me, my ministries, my calling, my family, etc. I will continually seek Him and open my understanding to what God wants me to know so I can be more effective and efficient in doing my job in which God has called me.
Lord, please continue to guide me every single time. May each moment teach me and lead me in knowing your will in every area of my life, my ministries, and the people around me. Give me the strength to be faithful; to have the motivation to keep going and not give up when not-so-good things happen. God, thank you for the opportunity to participate in your gloriousness. I am honored to serve You! I will remain faithful as I trust in Your strength and power. In Jesus' name, amen.
