Faithfulness.

Galatians 6:9
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Faithfulness is key to a great harvest. This is a constant reminder for us believers to keep going at the task God has called us to do - so we can become who God wants us to be. The call is to NOT BE WEARY and to NOT GIVE UP. Thus, inspite of all the trials, hardships, and temptations that come along the journey of life, if we remain faithful we will reap a harvest - a good one. Notice that Paul says "at the proper time" - there's a time for everything (Ecclesiastes 3). Harvest comes in seasons - meaning, not at all seasons, not all the time. That's why there are many times when we can express our faithfulness to the work of our call because we wait for that season to come when all we do is just harvest what "we've sown" (of course, through God's alone). What are the things in your life that you need to remain faithful to; so at the right season of harvest you can reap the good stuff God has prepared for you?

I need to be faithful in a lot of things - in my life, being completely content where I am :), my ministries, my work, my family - spending time and giving importance to elders' heed and guidance, my relationship with people and especially my relationship with Jesus Christ. What is my call? TO BE FAITHFUL and I will!

Lord, only through Your strength that I can be faithful in everything I ought to be. Please soak me with your power that no inch or hint of weariness will even knock at my door. Thank you Lord for this reminder. In Jesus' name, Amen!
