Exodus 8:1a
Then the LORD said to Moses...

How many times did the this phrase come up in the book of Exodus? Several times! Man, if Moses was the type of person who'd get annoyed, I don't know what he would have felt when God called him many times. But we can see what kind of person Moses was. He just obeyed whatever God told him. Every time the Lord says something to Moses, Moses didn't have any "buts" anymore. He just obeyed. Moses is now changed from this passage. He wasn't the same ol' guy who was giving excuses to God when God was calling him to bring the Israelites out of Egypt! What happens is when we just let God control our life, just like when Moses gave up with his excuses, God really used him with things he did that Moses probably couldn't even imagine. He was speaking to Pharaoh as if they were socially equal. He had no fear anymore but had this gigantic strength to face the big guys he had to face. No matter what BIG thing we are facing, remember.... no more excuses and just do what the Lord may be telling us right now and He will just make us fly like we can't even imagine.

I am overwhelmed! I know i am up for something big and I am really going to trust the Lord for this. I will just give it all to Him and whatever it may be, I will not be afraid to give everything under God's control.

Lord, I am anxious to know what it is that you want me to do. Please reveal it to me clearly. I pray that you shield my thoughts, my heart ,and my surroundings from anything that may disguise as this BIG plan of yours. Help me to discern what it is and confirm it with my fellow brothers and sisters! Lord, please God... Holy Spirit just guide me. Keep me under your care! Amen!
