2 Timothy 2:2
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.

Our goal as Christians is the Great Commission: Matthew 28:19 "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit..." Many times we get so caught up with our own little things that happen around us when we forget what our main goal is. What we have learned and are learning at the moment needs to be shared to those who need it and are able to share them to others. Personally, this tells me to nurture and build up leaders on the people around me (or im close to). These are the people that we have a close relationship and/or influence. Always see the potential in others. The goal to make disciples is the greatest thing we could ever do for God.

The ministry is an open door to develop leaders, teachers, etc... I have a great influence on these people. Whether they be young or old, I have a huge influence on them. The question is, what do I influence them with? The great commission? or the great suggestion? After all, it's not a suggestion, it's a commission... We ought to do what we ought to do even if it's hard or it hurts.

God, please help me to always see the potential in others. May you use my life as a living testimony to those who are around me. May they see the Jesus that is in me. Help me to be bold in my faith and that I will be able to develop the people that I am influencing to do and heed the great commission. Thank you for your reminder. In Jesus' name.. amen.
