Worry no more.

Habbakuk 1:5

The Lord replied, “Look around at the nations;
look and be amazed!
For I am doing something in your own day,
something you wouldn’t believe
even if someone told you about it.

When Habbakuk was in "pain" in seeing the horrifying things going on around his city, God assured him that everything is under control. In today's time, we may think that we are in "pains of childbirth" age, where all we see is "groaning" from every individual; we must remember that God is still in control of the circumstances that are around us. May we not lose our trust in the Almighty God; that He's doing something we wouldn't believe; something that we thought would end in "disaster". When we start to worry about the things in life, we are actually starting to also lose trust in God. The more we trust God, the less we worry.

What are the things I worry about? Maybe our nation, our economy, our generation, my life, etc? Well, worry no more, Belle! God has everything under control. When at times that I feel an inch of worry knocking at my door, I must not open it. I must remember that I have a GOD that I can trust; a God who is able to put everything under control.

I must admit that I had doubts and worries in the past about certain things in my life; important things. When I had those feelings, I tend to go away or ahead of God's plans in my life. I must be willing to go with the flow of God's leading; His guidance. One thing I learned last night is that, part of the reason why God doesn't want to immediately reveal His will to us yet is because we, as human beings who fail constantly, may get so impatient and immediately go ahead of God's will by acting carnally. This is mind-blowing: to know FOR SURE that God's great plans are coming ahead, even if we can't tangibly feel or see it in our heads, is already a great motivation for us to constantly take His course; His path of righteousness. It may sometimes seem inconvenient, difficult, narrow, etc, but we know that in the end, when we know that we've done everything to lead our lives to the pathways of His will, it's all worth the wait.

Lord, You truly are awesome. Thank you for the guidance that you provide for me through your Holy Spirit every single day. What's so amazing is that, you constantly assure of me this. I thank you from the inmost part of my heart. Please continue to keep me in line with your path - to follow your train and not move away from it; to not cut the string of the kite; to not go faster when the light is yellow, but to wait on what you tell me to do, following you, and letting you hold my life together. Thank you! You are awesome! In Jesus' name, Amen :)
